WHAT IS AN M249 GEL BLASTER?

The M249 Gel Blaster is a safer alternative to airsoft and BB guns. It uses water-based gel balls that burst on impact, making it suitable for skirmish games and target practice. The gel ammo dries after use, creates no mess, and does not stain clothes.

IS IT SAFE?

Yes. The M249 Gel Blaster fires at low velocity and is lightweight. It may cause a small sting at close range but is not dangerous when used correctly. Safety glasses must be worn at all times. Gel balls are non-toxic and environmentally friendly.

HOW TO USE

Soak gel balls in clean water for 2–4 hours. After soaking, remove extra water. The blaster works best with a fully loaded magazine.

HOW TO STORE GEL BALLS

Store soaked gel balls in a sealed container and keep them in the fridge.

If left open, they may shrink. They can be re-soaked, but firmness may reduce.

Always empty the magazine and clear the chamber after use.

IS IT A BB GUN?

No. It fires gel ammo that breaks on impact. It is much lower power than BB guns and designed to be clearly different from real weapons.

CAN YOU SHOOT AT PEOPLE?

Yes, only with consent. All players must wear safety goggles. Do not shoot at anyone who has not agreed.

DOES IT HURT?

At close range, it may cause a light sting or small red mark, but it does not bruise and fades quickly.

Not suitable for children under 14 years unless supervised by an adult. Do not use in public places.
