Eligibility for Returns
- You may return most new, unused items within 15 days of delivery.
- Products must be in their original condition, unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
- A valid proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required for all returns.
- Hygiene-sensitive items (e.g., used grooming tools or trimmers) cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item or defective product).
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) with photos. We will replace the product or issue a full refund without requiring a return.
Non-Returnable Items
